In the Beginning (Small) Charcuterie Tray

This is where we all start!  It is a small creative, beautifully crafted snack tray with approximately 2 meats, 2 cheeses, crackers, seasonal fruit, seasonal veggies, dried fruit, a sweet treat and either honey or a jam.  Picked is an example of our Medium tray, this wonderful tray is just a bit smaller.  It may have the small in the name but it is colorful, packed and a serious contender!!
